At one time, Oklahoma had nine Representatives in the U.S. House; today, we have only five. While our state's population has grown, other states' populations have grown even faster; which makes this year's Census all the more important from a political perspective. We visit with Mike Morgan, former Head of the State Senate, who guided Oklahoma's last redistricting while in that role.
