Thunderbird Youth Academy

The National Guard is charged with homeland security. As part of that, they are trying to intervene in the lives of at-risk youth and give them an opportunity to gain control over their lives before they become a threat to our security. Using military principles, they teach self-discipline, improve self-esteem and attempt to address the needs of the whole person.
