Rob: So Brian, it sounds as if the Asian market is set to only get bigger and bigger. Brian: Well especially if you look at that region of the world, Rob. Some of the largest populations in the world are located right there, and they're looking to grow, their infrastructure, their economy, and definitely their aerospace industry. China just recently finished a 14.8 billion dollar deal with the European airline manufacturer, Airbus, to purchase 160 jets, which many say will strengthen the projections of China becoming the second largest aerospace industry country, second only to the U S. Rob: So, if there's this large purchase coming from the European manufacturer, that's not necessarily good for the United States. Brian: Well yes, and no. No, Boeing, the U S airline manufacturer, didn't receive the deal, so we didn't actually send the planes over; but because they are receiving more airplanes, they're going to need more work done on the airplanes, and that's something we do here in the state very well; and when it comes to parts, maintenance and repair, that's something that we do really well, and they know that. Rob: Now, how does the weaker dollar, how is that affecting exports? Because we keep on hearing that our weaker dollar makes us more competitive on the global marketplace. Brian: Well it does. I mean, like Barry Clark said at the end of the package, we're that gold standard, that seal of approval; so, not only is the U S dollar weaker than it's ever been, it's hitting all time lows, which sounds bad, but it's actually good for the manufacturers, because now you can sell that gold standard, that seal, it's almost like it's on for sell, so we're able to be more competitive with other markets, able to get our foot in the door, and something, like Barry Clark said, was that if you're a manufacturer, and you're thinking about looking into foreign markets, now is the time to definitely jump in and test the water. Rob: Well, it sounds like a lot of opportunity; good piece, Brian, we appreciate it.
