Now traditionally, math curriculum has been taught by having students learn a procedure then practice it on pages of problems. But students in and around the Shawnee, Oklahoma, area are taking a completely different approach. Students at Gordon Cooper Technology Center may still be in high school, but what they’re working on is out of this world.
